 Aap ne dekha hi hoga ke bohat se logon ke dimagh bohat tez hote hein, bala ka hafiza hota ha. Aesay log jo apnay zehan ko computer ki tarah tez karna chahte hein inehin jaan lena chahiye ke rohani tor par istiqamat dene walay wazaif dimagh ki karkardagi ghair mamooli tor par barha dete hein.
Kund zehni door karne aur zaheen banne ke liye nihayat aazmooda amal ha jis se faida uthar kar aap na sirf apnay bacho ki kund zehni ko door kar sakte hein balke khud bhi zaheen ban sakte hein. Surah Muzammil ki Ayat # 8 rozana 313 martaba awal o akhir 11 martaba Durood Shareef parhein Insha Allah is amal ki barkat se kund zehni door ho jayegi. Agar bachon ke liye Wazifa karein to pani par dam kar ke pilayen.

وَاذْكُرِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ وَتَبَتَّلْ إِلَيْهِ تَبْتِيلًا
اور آپ اپنے رب کے نام کا ذِکر کرتے رہیں اور (اپنے قلب و باطن میں) ہر ایک سے ٹوٹ کر اُسی کے ہو رہیں
And continue remembering the Name of your Lord, devoted completely to Him alone (in your heart and soul), broken away from everyone else.
(al-Muzzammil, 73 : 8)
