Traditional medicine from the Arab world is deeply rooted in Islamic practices of the medicine; 5 of them are as follows:

One of the most common aftermaths of a bad cold is mucus accumulation that makes it hard for anyone to breath. It’s irritable, gross and annoying. Islam has provided a remedy for this that doesn’t require serious modern medicine that often has side effects.
Take equal parts of the following:

Each ingredient mentioned needs to be grinded separately. Then mix them together and pound them into a fine powder. Then add honey to the mixture and take the equivalent of a hazelnut of it every day and at night before sleeping.

Grind Sesame and mustard separately, mix together and extract oil. Once a good amount of oil is extracted, place the oil in a bottle and place an iron seal on it. Whenever you are faced with ear pain, simply add two drops into the ear and seal with cotton. Insha’Allah, it will be cured.

3. Curing Fever in the light of Islam
