DUA FOR NEWLY WED

In a Hadith from Abu Dawud number 2130, The Prophet (pbuh) congratulated a man on his marriage, he said: May Allah bless for you, and may He bless on you, and combine both of you in good (works).
Transliteration For Arabic Dua: baa-rakal laahu la-kum, wa baa-raka ‛alay-kum, wa jama‛a ba-yna-kumaa fee khayrTranslation: May Allah bless for you your spouse, and bless you, and may He unite both of you in goodness. 
According to another narrated that Al-Hasan said: “Aqil bin Abi Talib married a woman from Banu Jusham, and it was said to him: ‘May you live in harmony and have many sons.’ He said: ‘Say what the Messenger of Allah said: Barak Allahu fikum, wa baraka lakum. Grade : Hasan (Darussalam) Reference : Sunan an-Nasa’i 3371 In-book reference : Book 26, Hadith 176

ADVICE FOR A HAPPY MARRIAGE

Religion should be the focus of all things. It is is the key to Jannah. Therefore your lifelong companion should reflect this choice. By surrounding yourself with a good pious Muslim partner you are likely benefit from their positive character. Marry bad and you will reap bad.
“And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquility in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought.” (Qur’an: Chapter 30, Verse 21)
Narrated Abu Hurairah:It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet said: “Women are married for four things: their wealth, their nobility, their beauty and their religious commitment. Choose the one who is religiously committed, may your hands be rubbed with dust.” Grade : Hasan (Darussalam) Reference: Sunan an-Nasa’i 3371 In-book reference : Book 26, Hadith 176

Allah, give us the love which you had blessed Muhammad (Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam) with Khadija (R.A)
